Events Mosaic believes the design and flawless execution of your event conveys a gracious and strategic message on your behalf. We serve as your dedicated manager from site research & selection all the way through the planning segment. Events Mosaic is your advocate in budget development, vendor negotiations, logistical coordination and on-site management. We have excellent partnerships with highly skilled graphic firms, communication firms and display design and prep houses.
At Events Mosaic, we pride ourselves on our approach to event management as we have a specific and proven style. Our goal is to provide you with a team that is responsive, accountable and reliable; Events Mosaic will lead all of the vendors involved in your event to achieve and exceed your expectations. Every event is headed by an experienced Event Coordinator. This Coordinator will always be available, as the key contact to you and/or your committee of event planners.

Nancy Ferrarese is the founder and owner of Events Mosaic. Nancy has been a corporate event planner since 1996 with experience in executing a wide variety of events for many varied industries. She is a perfectionist in everything she does - meticulously exacting about the most minute details involving food, menus, presentation, set creation, ambiance, music, lighting, theme, decor in every sense of the word, and every other conceivable event production value. Each element is painstakingly orchestrated and scrutinized, from meeting content to invitations; from place cards to place settings; from menu selection and floral designs to candles and ambiance.
